I had visited Dr Srinivas p munigoti for treatment of high diabetes. Instead of being cordial with me and give me good moral support he was very harsh with me and has used insulting words which inhuman. So it is better to avoid this doctor as he discourages the patient s visiting Fortis hospital.
The diabetes specialist discourages his patients visiting Fortis hospital by insulting patients. The hospital administration please take care
I am really aghast and disgusted with the way staffs are operating their work , not just me , I have heard multiple patients expressing their displeasures . One of the worst and greediest private hospital staff . There is this staff ( Suma) who works as a receptionist at 3rd floor to log the file and I have never seen any hospital staff who makes it so inconvenient for the patients . On my previous visit , my mother was a Asthama patient and breathing heavily. I requested for oxygen cylinder via ward boy cos we need to consult doctor . Instead she instructed me to go to emergency room and get it myself . Then I went to emergency room and after explaining my situations, doctors in the emergency room told me , who sent you here . They ( Suma) should have arranged it . So doctors in emergency room immediately called them (Suma) and I was told to go there at the waiting room . Then I went to 3rd floor and she told me to wait and arranged the oxygen ( which she should have done it in the first place ) . I didn’t raise any complaint on that . Today 13-Feb-2023 , I came to show my reports to the doctor Vivek ( who has been very helpful ) . Suma asked me to wait until all the patients in queue are done consulting . When I objected why ? I was told by doctor to come straight with the report . Then she told why you haven’t come before 11 A.M ? And the funny part is I haven’t got my report till today afternoon ( which I should have got on Friday itself cos I have clearly mentioned my mail / phone number to the counter to send my report which they haven’t and blood report is out in 3 hours .
3rd point — I was told I will get a report via mail and there is no news even after a day until I called and enquired if my report is ready ( they told it will come in 3 hours), which wasn’t ready on Saturday .
4th point —- I will post this in every social media and highlight the minimalist customer etiquette behaviour and hospitality these staff has . So is there any review or appraisal being done on staff to monitor how they are treating the patients ( customers pobably ) . We have no complaints about hospital charging exorbitant fee but atleast show some courtesy and treat your patients and address their concerns . I can understand why your hospital has got 2 star ratings ( the only saving grace here are the doctors who have been kind and supportive) . So I humbly request management to take STERN action against staff who are shirking off their responsibilities and take them to task because unless rules /regulations are set and implemented strictly , the reputation of hospital is definitely at stake and it will influence other staffs ( good ones) to do the same . A staff named ( Koushika ) has been kind enough to listen and did her best to address our concerns and she is very professional. ( which is definitely a wonderful gesture on her part and those kind of staff ( Koushika ) are good example of cooperation, empathy, responsibility, responsiveness ). Honestly , I don’t get any happiness in dropping this feedback and jeopardise others job but am forced to do so and if you want to see some positive changes in your graph then you need to bring some change( change is always inevitable) . Take action and set an example , so that others will follow the suit . If I were to give a rating , I would give only 1(one) and that’s because of the doctors who has been quite professional otherwise it deserves minus (-) if there is any option . I will never visit your hospital again and I won’t recommend it to anyone . Good luck and hope my feedback is at-least taken into consideration for everyone’s benefit . #fortishospital .
However advanced your hospital is equipped if you don’t provide like for like quality and service , it’s as good as not having any equipment’s at all . Service is really pathetic and below par . I gave 1 star because it doesn’t allow me to give 0(zero) . Provide some training’s to staff and do a proper review on how efficient they are .
