3 Reviews on “Narayana Multispeciality Hospital”
Good Service and well equipped. Billing and discharge process needs quite a lot of improvement. It will be helpful to a billing counter in First & Second floors as well to help senior citizens, instead of making them run up and down.
Nursing staff is really good. The Nurse I Interacted with JyotiLaksmi Thangavelu is excellent She is very Courteous and helpful.
I had undergone hemorrhoid surgery in this hospital bcoz of which I stayed there for almost 3 days. The operation theater was pathetic. A very narrow bed where I was not able to keep my hand finally they got me two supports by pooling two other bench. During my surgery I was hearing the visiting Doctor was shouting at nurses as they hadn’t kept the required items ready for the surgery. B4 surgery Doctor had told surgery should be finished I 15 to 20 mins. But actually it took more than hour. That is boz OT wasn’t ready though OT was booked in the morning 11.0am. The OT staffs were completely unprofessional. When I came to Ward it was even more horrible. The nurse hand was shaking while putting a saline flush, 2 nurses together couldn’t find the nerve in the left hand n 3rd nurse came n she managed to find in right hand that also on wrist joint which was painful. Almost 6 nurses were there in my 3 day stay. Food quality was really pathetic. Giving food 3 times a day but only 1 liter of water. Doctor asked at least 3 liter of water n tender coconut but it was not there. Wife went out almost half km by walk to bring coconut n after reaching main gate security didn’t allow to go inside with coconut. She kept there n went to pantry to borrow a paper glass n again walked half km to cut the coconut. At discharge time nurse was explaining medicine but she didn’t know what is the use of each medicine. We had initiated discharge procedures at 9.30am but they sent to insurance at 4.00pm n got discharged at around 6.30pm. Many other incidents are the which I am not able to write here. Never go to this hospital.
One of the best hospitals in HSR layout. The premises are clean with good doctors and caring staff.
