– at Vokkaliga heartland of Hassan is a party event, and is portrayed by some in the party as a show of strength for the CM.
Within hours of the letter sent to Kharge became public, the CM, his deputy and Siddaramaiah’s son Yathindra – the event’s lead organiser – said the rally is being held under the Congress banner.
