Am Ramesh Residing in Bangalore city and we visited Apollo hospital Jayanagar today because my mother’s health is not good. and we saw the specialist and doctor advised HBA1C in the morning and we gave the blood and we went back home. In an emergency one of the doctors tells me pls call 080-46124555 we will give the reading of HBA1C. But in your hospital emergency team they don’t have even 1 min to spare. I had called so many times around 7 times that they don’t give the reading of HBA1C.
Here is my experiance which i had, please get some time to read it.
Couple of days back i went to Apollo dental clinic sarjapur road, bangalore just for a routine general dental check ups, nothing bad happened on my teeth , i was absolutely fine. Dentist told me i got a cavity in my extreem left uper teeth and requires a tooth filling which cost around 2k and also claims for a life long lasting, so i agree and did it but it did not even last for 24 hours and got removed. So again they fill it and suggest me to do root canal.After 2 days i got severe tooth pain and again consult same dentist and she suggest me do root canal immediately and started showing some price charts. I had no other option , so got a root canal with other dentist in some other hospital which cost me 15k including caping. I took a very bad decission going thr.

We were here for my mother -in law’s surgery . We had quite a bad experience regarding the service during night.
House keeping very bad. Never cleaned bathroom during our stay of 5 days.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Duty doctor not interested in attending. Bad. Handed a salt sachet lying on table and asked me give it mixing along with sugar in water, when my mother in law was having cold sweat.😭
Nurses leave patient in midway while attending patients’s request for help and attendant had carryon. Bad.😭😭😭😭
Avoid this hospital. Very very bad service.
Yearly health checkup was a very bad experience. Never choose this hospital.
During my stay, PC staff Rajeshwari Shashikala services were excellent, very service oriented, patience, calm and very friendly.
Nursing staff were excellent
