I had visited Gastroenterology Department of Apollo Hospital, Bennnarghatta Road, Bangalore on 15, 16 and 19 February 2022 for consultation with Dr Prasanna KS Rao and I am very much satisfied with the excellent and commendable services provided by Dr Prasanna KS Rao, Senior Consultant, Gastroenterology and his entire team. I also place on record an excellent support and guidance by Ms Manjula N of the same Department, when I had visited the Gastroenterology Department. Ms Manjula N was very cordial, sincere, dedicated and courteous. Ms Manjula N has given an unstinted support in solving administrative issues. I hereby recommend for an outstanding promotion and commendation to Ms Manjula N
It is one of the hospital around South of Bengaluru. They take very good care of the patients. All from the Senior Doctors, to nurses, to the support staff and especially, F&B dept (Sankuntala in particular) help the patients and help them recover fast.

The overall experience with the radiation oncology department , Apollo Hospital, Bannerghatta road, Bangalore was very pleasing.
Treatment was under Dr. M.S. Belliappa a brilliant exceptionally good Radiation expert. His soft soothing kind words has given much needed mental strength. His excellent communication skills has helped in understanding the problem. This approach of Dr. Belliappa have catalysed in early recovery both mentally and physically.
All the technicians in the radiation oncology department in this hospital are very professional, dedicated, polite and very caring. Even the nursing and helping staff use attend the patients with care and concern.
The services and guidanceby Ms Yashoda in coordinating treatment in all stages right from day one till it is completed was exceptionally good ,immaculate memorable and it has helped us in completing the treatment without any hassles . She deserves all appreciation.
The reception section of oncology at Apollo Hospital Bannerghatta Road is very polite , cordial in attending, guiding and helping all the customers ( both patients and their attendants)

I TRIED TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER ON JUNE 11 SUNDAY AT 5 PM,SPOKE WITH ANUSHA ,JUST ASKED FOR IN HEALTH CHECKUP DOCTOR CONSULATATION INCLUDED OR NOT.ROUGHLY SHE IS SAYING TOMOROW THEY WILL CALL BACK YOU, TOMORROW IS MY HEALTH CHECKUP PLAN THEN WHAT IS USE IF THEY CALL EVENING AT 4.30 PM. THEN SHE IS NOT GIVING MIN ANSWER.WHAT IS THEUSE TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE.
Good things is Hospital is maintained clean and receptionists are welcoming. They have experienced Doctors.
I wouldn’t recommend this Hospital Lab test for people who would like to avail treatment for affordable cost. They charge 2/3 times higher for Lab tests compared to Apollo 24/7 App bookings & outside lab tests.
Be ready to take all related Tests on 1st consultation itself because here Doctors writes everything to take.
Overall better take Tests & Scans outside and consult the Doctors here.
