This is Shakti Husband of Mrs. Rinki Devi who was hospitalised in your hospital during 22nd May 2023 to 24th May 2023 due to Jaundice and Liver Infection and her IP No : IP2802 (UHID – DH12496)
Dr. Deepa D V had handled the patient. Since the last day of discharge, I have been asking for a discharge summary till date, I have not received the discharge summary report and every day I am calling them and since the last 3 days I have been visiting the hospital, prior to calling hospital reception and asking for the summary report. They are not taking interest to provide a summary of discharge.
It is the matter of Insurance claiming as I am not financially good in managing our hospital expenses, therefore I am requesting several times and none of the concern team is taking responsibility and providing for me. Yesterday also they had told me today they will provide and if I call they will check, will see and nobody is concerned to take responsibility or either provide admin person connection. I am spending every day charges to travel from my location also. Kindly understand the situation of the individual person when he is approaching several times.
Is this the way to treat the customers? Kindly note If the Discharge summary is not provided by tomorrow end. I will raise a complaint and your review of the hospital will have a bad impression.
