2 floor Room 5 Femail ICCU there is toilet issue it is not clean no tissue kept in bath room, no hand wash kept. There is bath room which is locked and key was taken and went. There is one rest room which floor block with water where patients and attender not able to use. There is no proper hygiene followed . If the hygiene is not followed patients and attender will be infected. Never expected with such good hospital like Jayadeva we are paying money no one is staying for free. We expect you to give proper service….

Worst staff , worst management, worst behaviour , they don’t even have some common sense how to talk to patients. I saw few fools laughing at a patient’s family member who was crying.

I agree with you what you said, even I faced the same issue in this hospital, actually worst experience… Worst management, rude behavior towards patient and patients family by attender, and nurse…. In every desk they have employee but useless they are if I ask any suggestions, they will deny …now I understand the value of health insurance, instead of government I could have chosen some private hospital.
Please avoid consulting junior doctors, my personal experience,my uncle had attack two times, I told him he has to go for angiogram as per other hospital doctor advice, you know what he prescribed gastric tablets, LOL.

Patient was admitted to iccu when asked the doctor patient condition they haven’t informed us later shifted to ward non of doctors were seen how was the patient and worst nursing staff not even bothered to inform the attenfers and no doctors have visited for 2 days

First time visit with the toddler and doctors were good but the security and the nurses were very rude. Please please let them know v also human. Some are very innocent. Unit-p1 Room number 10. Today also visit the way they talking including the nurses. Very cheap attitude towards innocent people. I can’t carry the baby with documents please allow one to accompany. Some kids are disabled. Very very aggressive response by the staff other than the Doctors. Doctors are humble enough but the staff .. even ICU is really noisy and not acceptable n very irresponsive. It’s not like people from bpl background have no values n respect. Everyone should be treated with all good hearts
after open heart surgery doesn’t give proper care to patients by doctor and hospital staff.The doctor visits the patient lying in the same ICU ward for a month only once a day.

Our father in law admitted for the bypass surgery 2 times. One time he admitted before but nothing done to him sent back, now also the same repeated with the notice of covid positive. But he seems to be ok.
This is not fair to be doing the patients and if not possible kindly let us know. So we will visit to others. Roaming here and there as a patient seems not good. Kindly look in to the serious issue and don’t do others who is really too poor.
