Ramakrishna Ayurvedic Medical College RAMC Hospital & Research center was started in 1999. Institute is determined to impart training to students in the basic principles & philosophy of Ayurveda, integrating modern scientific advances to provide better hospital care to the masses & society as a whole. Training involves advanced academics & extracurricular activities to make them the best physicians and responsible citizens.

Ramakrishna Ayurvedic Medical College RAMC is located within the city limits, 3 Km from Yelahanaka railway station and Bus Stand, in a serene atmosphere that is very conducive to studies.

Ramakrishna Ayurvedic Medical College RAMC campus has a well-stocked library, reading room &indoor auditorium. A herbal garden with more than 250 medicinal plants is available for demonstration. The College has a collection of over 200 wet specimens of rare plants in the pharmacology museum.

The College has ample space for an administrative office, classrooms, teaching and clinical departments, a dissection theater, a laboratory, a museum, a practical hall, and a student restroom. Departments are spacious & equipped with state of art modern teaching aids, laboratories, a museum, and practical halls.

Modern gadgetry like OHP, LCD projects, etc is used in the classrooms. Digital CCTV helps to oversee the activities in the college & Hospital. Regular Yoga classes are conducted as part of the curriculum. Additionally,spoken English classes are arranged for the students to improve their communication skills and fluency in English.
