T. John Institute of Technology (TJIT) is a private engineering college located in Bangalore, India. It was founded in 2006 and is part of the T John Group of Institutions. The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs and is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
T. John Institute of Technology is part of the T. John Group of Institutions, which began in 1993. The institute was set up in 2006 and started with two courses. Now, it provides technical education with B.E. degrees in six streams of engineering and two post-graduate courses.
The Department of Information Science Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Administration, and Mechanical Engineering were established in 2007. In 2009 the first batch of Mechanical Engineering students joined the institute to pursue B.E. In 2010, TJIT started the MCA program under VTU.
This college offers a variety of departments, including Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Science Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Humanities and Sciences, Business Administration, and Computer Application.
This school offers a variety of facilities and extracurricular activities, such as a cafeteria, digital library, auditorium, laboratory, hostel, fests, sports, seminars, conferences, and student chapters.
