Bengaluru: Karnataka leads the nation in attracting white-collar inbound talent, with Haryana and Telangana in second and third positions, while Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu are among the states which have recorded negative growth.

This assessment tool gauges how effectively regions manage their human capital influx, according to XPheno, a Bengaluru-based talent solutions firm which conducted the survey.
Karnataka welcomed 1,36,500 white-collar professionals and lost 73,000 to other states in the October 2023-October 2024 period, achieving a PTB of 63,500.
